Default Sturgeon/Snipe Lake?

Anyone know how these are fishing lately? Heading out this weekend and trying to decide where to go.

Default Sturgeon Lake

My son & I were out Tuesday morning & went through 3/4 of a tub of minnows in an hour and a half before the bite slowed. One small pike & the rest were walleye. Most of the walleye were keepers, the highest percentage I have ever seen & I have fished this lake for many years, it was nice to see. A guy at the boat launch suggested 12-14 feet but we found a 17 foot flat was the big producer, on the sunken islands. Can't help you with Snipe, I only fish it in winter. Good luck. Jim
