The body has been recovered. Hopefully all family members may now have some closure.

Relief to hear. Was he located in the primary search area?
I watched them work that location for 2 full days.
Thanks to anyone that does this for work or as a volunteer.

These threads are especially tough for me to read.

Lost a great friend and a future brother in law at Devils Lake about 10 yrs ago, he was just a kid.

They found his footprints on shore going back into the water, likely to try and rescue one of the other two, the kid died a hero.

R.I.P Kyle, we all miss ya buddy. His poor mom has never been the same since, such a nice lady too.

That's one Lake I just can't fish anymore. Haven't been back since we helped with the search.
