Very nice. Curious if you have a score, nice mass around the G-3 area.

Hey guys, he actually didn't score to well and I don't really score them as they are trophy's to me regardless of score! but I believe he was in the high 130's if I can remember right!

Wouldn't doubt it. The right "G3" is likely actually non-typical which means it is a deduction as well as not being able to count the length of the left G4 because of that, so after deductions... sure 130. Does 130" reflect the size of that buck - No. That's B&C for you though.

If you want an even better example I will post pics of a clean and even 167" mulie next to my 190" gross typical framed buck that grossed 209 5/8 nontypical. The official score is 162" even though he is a gnarly old palmated 30" wide buck that dwarfs the buck that Officially scores 5" higher, has no mass or width and looks like a rat beside it.. Boone and crocket does not reflect the true size of any buck that does not fit in the little mold that they have declared is "typical" for each species (despite the fact that most mature whitelails have extras around the bases , mulies have G3-4 stickers and none actually measure exactly the same side to side. Rant over.

BTW nice buck lol. He is mature and looks great, congrats.

Id say it grosses in the high 150's. Maybe 160's. A lot of deductions for a typical score.

Get that sucker upstairs where he belongs. I hate it when a trophy has to hang out in the basement like a dirty secret. Tons of fond memories and a beautiful critter to look at.

Thanks all for the kind words! He will be upstairs soon, I just haven't had time to get him up there being out of town a lot lately.

Well you are starting with the right priority on your trouphy room. Tell your wife you will start drywalling once you have at least three hanging on the studs.
