Default What lure or rig do you most identify with Canada?

Was in the Azores this past summer and stayed with friend's family member who is a sport fisherman.
Now I want to put together a package to send to him for xmas.

What would you include that is uniquely Canadian?
Tried to explain ice fishing to him, but I think he thought I was drunk.lol

One I was telling him about was The T-spoon so, it's a for sure. I want to send about 10 in total.

Got me thinking- what would you include if you had to pick one lure to represent each province?

How about the ol' jig head/grub combo? Or something like an Original Floating Rap, or a Rattlin' Rap?

There's always the good ol' Ruby Eye to throw in as well. I'd have to say that a lure that scream Canadiana would have to be the LT Red Devil.

I also second the Original Rattlin Rap as well.

5 of diamonds, Canadian wiggler, Daredevil, silver minnow, and of course a plain 1/4 oz lead jig.

My picks in order:

-Len thompson 5 of D...or the red devil (too hard to pick)
-pikerel rig
-a yellow mr. twister on a yellow 3/8 oz. jig head.
-canadian wiggler

But since it doesn't get any more Canadian than a len thompson spoon...and since it comes with a maple leaf already on it, I'd send him that one.

Canadian Wiggler (Caught my Largest Walleye on one-9.5lbs. and my Father caught his only Muskie on one-22lbs.)

Dare Devil

and of course, The "Diamond Five"... as I like to call it. I can still remember Red Fisher catching Lake Trout on a Five of Diamonds. Can't get much more Canadian than that.
