Considering I have a 360 and a 340 bull on my wall, and 2 300 ish euro mounts ... This bull is every bit as big as my 360 bull, bigger IMO ... Look at his g1 and g2, not to mention his g3s

Hes a very nice elk and field judging is really difficult. Way easier to score when they are laying still for you. Decent fronts but weak tops, nice mains and spread but tine length is the key to a good scoring elk. Guess is 320".

Wow nice pic of a farm elk. IMO there is no difference between farm animals and animals in jasper.

So how do the antlers from farm and jasper elk differ from those in areas they can be hunted? I haven't done much elk hunting, but it seems that from alot of these posts the nature of the land the elk is on plays a great deal in the measurement of the antlers...

Nobody said hey look at this elk in my hunting area. Its in Jasper. Why does this matter with field judging? Really its a great place to do it...

Thanks for sharing, awesome pictures of a great animal...

Have to agree, some sure seem negative and make a person question posting any pictures..

As for the inches, like LC says, after a certain point, really tough to field score such a magnificent animal.

350 - 360

Speckle, you have got to stop cropping those pictures halfway down the muzzle.

Great pics, thanks for sharing!

He will crack the 370 mark. Good mass, width, beam length, and all points are way above average in length....although velvet is deceiving. I still say 370+ come fall. ALOT bigger than the 339 on my wall.

Is one aloud to go shed hunting in the park?

I don't know how big it is, but it is bigger than anything I have seen. Thanks for posting.

Probably 650 lbs, its still early he's got a lot of time to bulk up. Should bone out to about 400 lbs in the fall. Hope he walks about 50 miles east

Pic doesn't do justice but this guy was out there too and his headgear seemed to tower over the other guy. About 6 bruisers out there the other day and one fresh smear and broke down semi rig. Must have been 7 a few hours earlier.
