Driving on Elkwater

Does anyone know if people are driving on Elkwater after these last few cold snaps we have had? Thank you!

No vehicles on just before cold snap....haven't seen vehicles on Elkwater much at all.
Park guys don't usually plow boat ramps and they are usually plugged with snow.
Fishing at Spruce was ok.....lots of small brookies with a few bigger in the mix.
Reesor was pretty good.
