Default Canoe into Tepee or Godin Lake?

Hey Guys
I am trying to find info on these two lakes and I'm coming up empty. I'd like to access a remote lake with my canoe that has decent fishing for a 4 day trip. Any info via PM would be deeply appreciated.

Have you done the blackett/kinniard/Jackson circuit up in Lakeland?

I have been curious about access to Godin lake. I have not tried personally but would like to know who you make out getting in.

Not being from Alberta I can't directly help you but I have a copy of the Saskatchewan Backroad Mapbook and it gives info on, among other things Paddling Adventures. Stuff like launch spots, camp sites, trip times etc.

Pretty sure there is an Alberta version, I got mine at Canadian Tire.

Access to both seems like it wouldn’t be difficult due to oil lease access roads that run close to both. Here are a couple pictures from my backroads mapbook for Northern Alberta. Nothing is Sarah d about the lakes themselves. Given the connection to the Wabasca river I would expect pike and possibly walleye if they have any depth.

I'm currently working in the middle of nowhere and have been to Tepee about 3-4 times in the past month. It's ATV access only through a trail off the Peerless Road (AlPac). Haven't made it off shore yet tho - need to get a canoe rack for the quad first.

Friends have been in but nothing caught yet.
