Default Replacement battery for a marcum lx5

Hey everyone, anyone know a place where a guy can get a replacement battery for an lx5? Would rather get out and fish with it than wait for one to get shipped to me

Your best bet is to just order it from marcum I order my new one about 2 months ago and it shipped fast. It's time cabelas and wholesale sports to start stalking transducers and batteries for these units. Do yourself a favor and buy the bigger battery for the extra $5

How about battery doctor or a battery specialist. BEL

If your in Edmonton go to Battery World. Get a 10 amp 12 volt battery. It cost $50 but is worth it. Its fits the unit perfect and will last days between charges.

Default Battery trouble indicator??

Was on Pigeon yesterday and switched on my flasher (lx5). Nothing. I charged it up a week ago and as far as I can remember it was working. i just put the charger on it and thought it strange that it showed 0% blinking on and off. The charging sign was on. I switched it on and again nothing happened. I let it sit 5 minutes and turned it on again and finally was able to turn it on. I am thinking it has a bad battery although it has not been used a great deal over the last 2 years. Am I correct--bad battery? BEL

I just replaced the battery on our marcum unit as it was doing the same thing. Picked it up from battery world in gp for 35$. Make sure to leave at least one of the leads unplugged on your unit whenever it is not in use as it will help to not drain the battery.

Default Thanks Dwils

I left the lines all connected during the off season. That cost me a battery I guess. BEL
