Trapping on lease not in RFMA.
1-Make sure not in RFMA, otherwise big trouble.
2-Written permissions from leaseholder.
3-Written permission from bio.
In the rare case where a lease holder denies access for trapping,
Document everything. date and times you attempted or made contact.
Reasons given denying access etc. Everything.
Once You have a few weeks worth of discussions and no access granted, take all of this information to land person (I think they are called AOP's). They will take it from there, and if they cannot negotiate access, THEY will give You the written permission. Start this process early (August) if You know there will be issues.
