Not sure where this agenda was written, but I think they already had legalized some pretty good smoke It looks like a real Kumbaya session around the campfire and there was more than just ideas passed around. The big question is who is going to be in charge of this new world? With so many countries and cultures in this world, I am betting that there won't be a democratic process to select the leadership.
