Default Family fishing day.

Got out on LLB yesterday with the family. There was very little flood water in the areas we fished, about 18-20 inches of ice.

My daughter claimed my new Freefall XL reel as her own for the day and proceeded to break it in with a 70 cm walleye. (She broke her nose playing bball before Christmas, thus the black eyes).

She then followed that up with a nice pike.

My youngest got in on the action as well with a few nice pike.

Fishing was a bit slow for walleye. Lots of decent pike action and saw whites and perch on the camera. Overall, a pretty great day!

Looks like a great day.

You seem to have LLB pretty dialed in. I have relatives on the water there. Maybe I'll make it over one day.
