Gun Registration

Ive heard that they thrown out the regestration law for used guns,That you dont have to register them any more.I heard that if you buy a new one it still gets registered and you have to have a pal to by ammo still.Heres my question..

If i have a gun registered in my name and i want to sell it does the person who buys it have to have a pal?Also do they have to register it in there name or not?Any help greatly appreciated thanks fellas..

i would assume that it will be the same as before where you need a fac also know as pal to buy a rifle but it will only be kept in a book by the store not sent to the gov. anyone you sell a gun to is suppose to have a fac as well

As of right now nothing has changed. It hasn't become law YET. I hope soon. Then we still need PAL for buying selling but no registration. Just like before. Ammo you still need PAL and I don't know if that will change.

You still require a PAL to acquire firearms or to buy loaded ammunition.There are no FACs being issued anymore,and the ones that were issued are now expired.

Thanks,I heard from someone that it had already been changed,He must of been mis quoted.He told me that you could sell a used rifle to someone that didnt have a pal and they didnt need to register it.but he did say they have to have a pal to by ammo though. So obviously thats not true.
