Ya they work good for walleye I use them and some larger buck tail spinners around the islands on Elenore the pike love them there. Spinnerbaits and buzzbaits work good get lots of follows and some great top water explosions.

Not totally correct.. To the best of my knowledge a large part of the pike diet is other pike. Not only because there are often lakes with only pike and suckers (they gotta take what they can get) BUT also because pike dont always want spikes in their throat on the way down.

In my experience at LOTS of lakes pike Wildeyes outfish perch or walleye Wildeyes.

I betcha then the pike would love large wildeyes that imitated whitefish and suckers.

Why eat pike when you can eat walleye?

Why eat bologna when you can eat steak?

Although I quite like fried bologna.

How many times personally? None but i have heard of it happening NUMEROUS times from other people on these forums. All i know is that in primarily pike lakes, alot of cannibalism goes on. I've read it numerous times and also read it on these boards.

Also common sense really... if a little pike swims by, a bigger pike is sure to have a meal.
Anyhow.. back on topic

Spinnerbaits for pike are AMAZING, i like booyah and some home made ones from my friend.

Happens all the time, Pike don't care what they eat as long as it's fills their belly.
