was out there a 2 weeks ago and the ice was pretty good.... about 6 inches so its gotta be gettin quite a bit thicker by now... all we caught was suckers but we saw a 6-7 pound rainbow swimming... there was no snow on the ice and she was just cruisin the shore... so they r in there but its just finding them that is the problem

was there on saturday. the whole lake is iced over and snow covered. saw guys fishing in the middle of the lake but i'm not sure how much ice they had. I had 6" near the shore. small trout in the shallows on worms and perch in the deeper holes on maggots.
