Is anyone else following Season 6 of the Uncover podcast? It’s covering the satanic sexual abuse cases in Martinsville Saskatchewan during the early 90s and how things spun out of control. The podcast is similar to Serial in how it presents the story and also talks to people involved today and looks at how these events continue to effect them 30 years later. I’ve read descriptions of other similar hysteria in the US at the time but I never knew there was a similar situation so close to home.

I found the description given by a woman in the second episode on how her father being investigated impacted her relationship with him to be really powerful. Even though he was found to be completely innocent there was lasting damage, it’s heartbreaking.
