I'm Not sure who to vote for. I am sure that it will make minimal difference in most realistic terms.

If theres a party out there that will raise Canada's vacation standards to that of most other western cultures (4 weeks a year minimum) I would vote for them. Instead of this live to work mentality and be thankful you have a job we seem to have in North America.
I would be quite happy if it was 4 weeks, even if it was with 2 weeks paid, and the option of two weeks unpaid as well. I have that now with the company I am employed with, but I am not sure how common that is.

This is hilarious.

Vacations???? Really??? That's the most important pressing political issue in the province today????? OMG!!! I think I peed a little.

No folks, we aren't in trouble.

Send lawyers, guns and money!!!! The ship has hit the sand.

To answer the OP's question.... I do not know ANYONE in Alberta that is still openly supporting the PC's.

They must be out there but I guess its like kissing your cousin.... it might be OK but it sure isn't something that you want everyone else to know about.

Seems to be a trend.... people are getting tired of the same faces telling the same lies across Canada and Lord knows that Canadians are more motivated to vote against than they are for.

I work 6 months of the year and take 6 months off, it has taken me along time to get here but I feel that I have earned it.

I have done this without the help of the Government.

A good portion of conservative voters base their vote strictly off their desire to be allowed to own a certain categories of firearms.
Another good portion base it off what the elected party feels about abortion rights (even though it wont change the fact that abortions will happen regardless). Not to mention the many other single issue voters that a certain party loves to take advantage of.

So I don't think putting importance on the ability to have a life outside work and get out and see the world more is all that extreme. And nobody said it was the only issue, its definitely one worth consideration however.
