Default Loading information

I just bought some .224 80 grain Hornady Amax that I want to load with. I can't seem to find any starting loads online for 80 gr's. I use varget powder and the closest I can find is 75 gr A-max with a max load of 29.5 grains of powder. So my question is should I start 10 percent lower then the 29.5 grains and use the 80 bullets? I just want to make sure before throwing something together without accurate loading information because I have only started reloading about 3 months ago. Any information would be great. I also have 35 gr Vmax kicking around but again the smallest grain I can find is 40 grain.

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried that but when I put in my 22-250 caliber it only goes up to 70 gr. Unless I am missing something

Oops, I hit 223
Sorry.

Just curious what's your twist rate in your 22-250?
It would need to be something like 1 in 8.

Unless it's a custom tube, that's probably why your not finding any data.
