Default Edmonton area potholes?

Just wondering if anybody's been to any of the little potholes West of Edmonton, and what the ice situation is looking like out there.

Pretty sure last night was my last shot at fishing the NSR this season, which means that there should be safe-ish ice around fairly soon

Downhere we fill them up and pave over, but Edmonton is well known for their size(you can lose a wheel in em) and sheer numbers.

The ice on the Morinville Rez is strong enough to hold about a thousand geese up but I wouldn't try walking on it yet.
