Default Coal, Febuary 6th

Hey Everyone,
Was out at coal (north end) yesterday for a few hours, didn't catch ANYTHING but still had a good time. My buddy got one bite on his tipup and that was it! We tried using jigging spoons, jigs, jigging cranks, etc. Nuthin! Ice was probably 20+ inches thick. Driving on wasen't bad, lots of people did it! Saw 2 guys stuck, one got out on his own, one was stuck bad and needed a good tug from his buddy. IF your going to drive on, use a 4X4! LOTS of people out there! We tried fishing between 4-15 FOW, we got the bite in around 10'.

This is the 3rd time i've got SKUNKED this season....
Maybe next weekend to spring or hasse for some piles of perch, at least i will be hard put NOT to catching something

Tight lines!
