Default stay-cations

I've got a few weeks off and I've spent a few days driving out to K-Country for some fishing. It's kind of nice spending some time around home rather than rushing to go somewhere to "get away from it all"! Caught some nice fish today, sure beats working.

Yeah you feel more rested and have a bigger smile doing what you are doing.
Awesome country, pics and fish too

The money saved from not travelling is very attractive. Most folks come home from vacation exhausted and broke. Never made much sense to me.

K country is hard to beat for the amazing scenery as well as beautiful trout. Glad you got out to enjoy it, and we are fortunate to have such a beautiful place so close! Thanks for the post and pictures!

Kananaskis is a great place to get away. No phone reception there so my work can't call me.
