Default Gleniffer downriggers?

I was just wondering anyone has had any success fishing gleniffer lake for trout with down riggers?

I have heard of some using them by the dam, but I have never had much luck of any kind at that lake.

No motors allowed and I think the end by the dam may be restricted, but if you are paddling or rowing I don't see why not.

We must be talking the wrong Gleniffer lake here Mudslide. The one he is referring to I am sure is at Dixon.

Boats everywhere on that lake.

I haven't tried myself - but according to my fish finder there are lots of fish in the 25-35 ft range (with a max depth of around 90' by the dam).

I'm not exactly sure what species of fish these are - but if you do try it out, let me know what works for you. I live about 10 minutes away and wouldn't mind trying it out.
