I'm flying in to Loutit next week. I hope to get my personal best up there. Currently it's 10.1 33" out of a Northern Alberta Lake.

my best was from pigeon lake 32 inches long 12 lbs 15 ozs looked like a pot belly pig, the good old days before algae blooms and the massive stocking of walleyes.

A buddy caught this 29" football today while out on the Athabasca River. We tried a couple on-line calculators that put it around 9 pounds. Biggest one to the boat so far. A quick picture and some measurements then back in the water it went to be caught another day.

8lbs is my best so far, nothing huge, out off the hump at Lac St Anne many moons ago in the green soup of August. Before the net and cell phones. Would have to scan a pic and it's at home.

Not sure I'd get in any boat with that guy lol...

Nice walleye. Would have been nice to see it's dorsal fin.
