Default Meet Sparkles

Well sitting around decided to hand carve a lure that would be tossed onto the mix of pike lures.
So a block of 2x4 and a sharp
Knife and it started.

Added some glitter.

Eyes, hooks, a tail spoon that I switched out for a smaller one.

A beautiful day so why not give it a toss or two!!!

Worked awesome, it dives when retrieved fast with an awesome tail wobble then the spoon at the back thrashes back and forth.
If you stop reeling it pops up to the surface and if you reel in slow the spoon at the back splashes like a wounded bait fish.
Had one bite and small chasers too little snot rockets the size of the lure.
Gonna make a few more with different color patterns etc and then pack them up for our trip to northern Manitoba!!!

For a go at these guys!!!
