Default Browning 1911-22 R1

I've always been a 1911 fan any pistol still in use relatively unchanged for over a hundred years has to be a winner. The Browning is a 85% copy of the 1911 service pistol comes in .380 and .22 cals.

The takedown and function is exactly the same as the .45 with the exception the magazine has to be inserted for the trigger to function, this is to discourage dry firing that could harm the pistol.
The pistol fits my hands although someone with larger hands might have a problem, accuracy was acceptable for a pistol of this class.

Shown with a fullsize Para Ordinance Expert for comparison

I have the Browning in both .22 and .380. Sweet little pistols. The .380 had a few ftf's until I ran a couple hundred rounds through it, but has been flawless since. The .22 has never missed a beat right out of the box.

Great taste in pistols. I have the same ones but my SR is a CMD, it is by far, my favorite handgun.
