Primos Truth Cam 46Ultra won't stop taking pictures. Firmware?

As the title states this camera just keeps taking pictures until the battery is dead or the SD card is full.

I am told it might need a firmware update, but when I look for the update on line through primos, the webpage ends in a dead page.

any help?
