Default X-22 magpul 10/22 stock.... Thoughts?

Does anyone have any experience with the magpul X-22 stock? Does the stock increase accuracy at all? I'm thinking about dropping my and my wife's 10/22s into a couple of these and wonder if they are worth it.

They are very sturdy and a dense polymer. If it feels good in yoir hand it may help with your job of proper shooting technique. There was a very small amount of up and down rocking room at the back where the action inlets into the stock. 2 or 3 small strips of duct tape in the space eliminated all play and it is rock solid now. The stock has the nice feature of choosing the barrel channel width and it is very much free floated. I dont have any other aftermarket stocks to compare with, but it is doing everything i want it to. It does add some weight overall, which could be good or bad depending on your goal.

Ordered on from Red Deer Shooting Center and it should be in my hands on Monday. We dont have bull barrels on either my wife's or my 10/22s, so the barrel for end change out feature is the deciding factor. This will be a tryout and if all goes well, I'll get another one for the better half's 10/22.

The Magpul arrived yesterday. Heres a pic of my 10/22. I've ordered the M lok sling swivel mount for my bipod.
