We headed off to spray this morning for a beautiful day. Had the best workout I have had in a long time. Deep snow, water under it and I think I am just getting to old to be a pack horse. On a serious not trucking on the lake was real tough so make sure if you head out know that you will have good workout unless you have a dog team. On the good side there was a couple of dog sleds came by, the scenery was super as it was nice and clear a warm and the roads were pretty good going up and by the time we came back they were all plowed and in Canmore roads were already dry. Stopped at the Drake for a good lunch as well a a good tasting cool one. The dogs had a great day playing and romping in the snow as well. Larissa fell asleep in the chair I think and we could have as well. Oh, and by the way we didn't see or here of a fish the whole time we were there. We were all ready with depth chart in hand etc. but if we were to go were we wanted to we would probably take all day coming back. Just too much slugging for this old man. Will didn't really have the get up and go either so we packed it up and headed for a great lunch and a good rest. Sorry Jeff you missed a great day/NOT. LOL.....

Sorry about your luck, Some friends and I were out yesterday in that nice snow storm, fortunately we caught our limit between four of us, the worst part of the day was the weather and taking the ditch on the highway on the way home but managed to drive out without stopping, thanks for 4x4..
