Default Proud of my daughters

After taking a few pics of some really small perch this weekend, I was organizing my "fishing file" on my computer and realized how LUCKY I am to be able to spend time doing what I love with the ones that I love.

I am so proud of my daughters, and the passion they are starting to develop for nature, the outdoors, and the opportunities we have to hunt and fish. My girls are definitely not afraid to get their hands dirty - heck I know a few men that think touching fish is gross ( no joke.......... )

My daughter Emily is turning into quite the little fisher girl, and has done quite well for herself in her young life. There have been numerous times she has smoked all of us when it comes to landing fish.

Enjoy the contrast of these two pics!

Great pics, enjoy your time with them, and do it as often as you can. My kids are all grown now, their priorities change and although we still get out together, not near as much as we used to. Time spent in the outdoors with my kids now and then, are the best memories I have.

Great post, enjoy it while it lasts! my 2 are teenagers now, last thing they want to do is go fishing.
