Default Clarity of Gull

Just wondering if anyone has been out to Gull in the last few days. Last time I was there the water was not to clear and could only see a couple feet down. Anyone else experienced the same?

Was at Wilsons but further South. Crappy visibility. Sounds like further North is the answer if you want clear. I use my fish cam in the down position and drop it about 4 feet above my lure. I can see then. Mind you, haven't caught a white that way yet

Tried for about 3 hours on Saturday morning on the west shore with a steady wind, could see clearly to about 5-6 feet. Saw a few whites but they did not cooperate. David.
