Default Sibbald Range

I would like to try shooting at a range closer to the Rockies than Genessee. Is the Sibbald range open to day pass users, and what is its parent controlling organization? Are there other ranges in the foothills areas that would allow day users, or would any of you like to invite a guest who can bring some historical and hunting rifles to try out? Need a day close to the high country. Many thanks.

While there are a couple of shooting clubs up there, there is also a free public range that gets a lot of use. Note that it can sometimes be a bit of a gong show up there, especially now that hunting season is close by.
