Are any of you members in KETO using an "air fryer" ?? I'd like to get one BUT I'm curious about what it can do..I've googled "air fryer" and of course the results are mind-boggling...I guess I'm asking if anyone here ACTUALLY had experience an air-fryer.....
OMEGA ?????

You mean that ridiculously expensive high speed dehydrator sitting on top of the fridge?
Has a patented breading remover called a stirring arm so Coconut breaded Shrimp will immediately be denuded

Poor success in the one area I was initially excited to try-Raw pork skins to make Puffed Pork Rinds

Am I missing anything?

I thought there was a distinct difference between a dehydrator and a air fryer

We were gifted a Acti-Fry and it has some fair uses for the carb lover.
Personally I would not purchase one for Keto-But likely someone on AO probably has a great Keto use for it.

I suspect it would do a bang up job on naked Chicken Wings

Back on keto. Was stuck at 200 and now my goal is 190. Sitting at 195 so going well.

Another reason to eat all my fresh kohlrabi.

The grand tally after quarantine and summer was 18 lbs packed on. After going from 270 to 180 I wasn’t too concerned.
I stepped on the scale yesterday after all the Christmas treats and I was 208. Damn!

So I’m back onto keto today! My goal is to get back to 180. I’m going for a tentative 4 weeks. Longer if needed and then back to the low carb diet that had me maintain 180 for almost a year.
Wish me luck!

Low carb high fat, high carb low fat, Keto, Mediterranean, Zone, Paleo, Plant based, Whole 30.

The thing they all have in common to work is Calorie in vs calorie out. I am a huge proponent of using whatever works best for you, no one diet or meal plan works for everyone. So just remember when you get to your target weight increase intake slowly until you start gaining then back off a bit.

Also huge congrats on the 270 to 180, that's very impressive. I did 296-230 myself and feel pretty damn good since I did that. The being 4lbs away from 300 was enough to scare me.
