Default Berger Manual

I am wondering if people that have this book like it or do the loads come off as a bit conservative as I have found in the past with some of there loads off the internet?

For most of the calibres that I reload, the Berger loads are indeed conservative. Their max #s are slightly higher than where I would start load development.
