Anyone been to Sauer Lake recently.

Hi guys, I'm thinking of going out to either chickakoo lake or Sauer Lake tomorrow. I've heard chickakoo is really shallow and no fish. I haven't heard anything on Sauer lake. Has anyone been out there recently, and if so how was it? Any tips would be appreciated.
