Default You know that feeling...

When you can't sleep before a fishing trip? Any tips? Even after a full day of work I find myself itching to wake up and get out there!

Try reading a classic novel, say by Joyce, Faulkner, Steinbeck, Melville, etc. OK, maybe not Melville 'cause Moby Dick is sort of a fishing story after all.

Go to the drug store and get some melatonin. It is natural and no drug hangover in the morning.

The tug is the drug...frigg, thanks for that. I thought it was just me. I'm a lot better now but I had to rebuild my life twice over that tug. Wouldn't change a thing, just wish the fishing was what it was 30 years ago...

Some 711's, mac's and coop's have little bottles of sleep where they have the little 5 hour energy shots. Instead of driving around call a few 711's first.

Good luck fishing. As the water cools slow down your presentations.
