A few years back I saw cut out vinyl Canada goose silhouettes that could be attached to plywood or corrugated plastic board. Is anyone aware if these are still available and if so, where they can be bought?
thanks
Yea....I get a bit cautious when I hear the word 'vinyl' around my decoys. I HATE shine and when that early morning sun hits a synthetic film, it can flare birds horribly....
Corplast is a great material to use, and its much lighter than plywood. Krylon Fusion paints work very well on this material, and they have Ultra flat camo colors that are perfect for what you want to do...
I did a dozen or so up this fall, and the paint adhered very well. It is made to go on plastics and other materials. The paint seemed to be fairly durable, its gonna need touchups here and there, but what decoy won't. The only time I actually scratched paint was when I accedentily jammed a stake into one putting it away.
