Deer Calls

What are the best brands for doe and buck calls? And which ones should I avoid?

Primos Hunting Calls are gooduns, like the Buck Roar and the Can. I aint sure which ones ya'll should avoid though.

I might do abit of rattling,but I dont like deer calls,so I dont use them.Mind you the time of year I hunt,calling aint really effective.I also saw on TV they got that snort weeze??? or smething like that(lol) Seems like something dreamed up to make money on this new snort weeze call.

Have never had a buck snort weeze around you its a rush. mind you i have never used a snort weeze but i am defenatly going to invest in one. Im positive it will work. and everyone should have a grunt i like my primo call.

Thats funny because I talked to my cousin tonight and he said that last year a 145 class buck was in front of him snort weezing and the deer had blood of his tines as he was chaseing two smaller bucks around.my cousin said that the deer looked angry with the two smaller bucks.I've heard all the sounds whitetail make,I just think snort whezzing like a deer is kind of goofy and It would'nt help me in the terrain that I hunt in.however if your hunting in thick bush,maybe a call would help a hunter bring a deer in? Ratting works i'd say 20% of the time,so i'm sure calls would work sometimes as well.
