Question National park licence with Indian status card

Does anybody know if you need to buy a national park license if you have a status card? Yes, I have looked for myself and can't find the info. Thanks!

Status cards are federally issued, there's no specific "area"

You are still required to have a National Park fishing license. You could call Jasper dispatch at 780-852-6155 and ask to speak to a Park Warden to get the official answer.

I was told I didn't need it one year, right there on the lake dock. Then the next year, I was out fishing on mini and was checked bye the park wardens, they said I had to buy one, and they knew that some of the staff was misinformed so I went to the dock and got one. its only 10 bucks$.

It is the National Park you need a special license.

You can get them at the Fishn Hole they are around 30 bucks.

Maybe you are right in Alberta, but you are definitely wrong in Ontario.
