Default Who Needs Colony Traps?

I had a fella notify me that he couldn't pick up his colony trap order so I'm gonna sell them and make more for him later on. I have 1 dozen 6"x6"x30" long and 1 dozen 5"x5"x30" long (I lost count so there may be more floating around). They are brand new, made with 16 gauge galvanized welded wire mesh with 1"x1" squares. I've been holding these for about a month now so I'd like to get them gone before I start trapping spring muskrats later this week (I hope).

They cost $15 each regardless of the size. Located in Morinville just north of Edmonton.

*EDIT* I think that I may have 1 extra submarine trap approx 13" diameter x 36" long. Also brand new. Funnels made with stainless steel.......$30

Dave do these have the stanard door or the 3/4 door.

They have the normal colony trap doors but if you are concerned about them getting blocked up, there's a member on this forum who has caught 6 muskrats overnight in one of my traps. They work excellent and pay for themselves very quickly, in some cases overnight. Maybe he'll chime in.

I use them myself but just wondering if you have tried the 3/4 doors. I wouldn't build a cage without them

I sold you the wrong traps, Jonny. I was supposed to keep those ones and sold you the ones that I kept for myself. Mine only catch 2 or 3 per night.....lol.

Coy, I make my traps custom made the way that people want them and if someone wanted that fancy door, I'd do it for them. The way that they are now will hold a pile of rats in one check so I never felt the need to put those type of doors in. Pointer catches them in bunches without the fancy doors so I don't think that the doors are any issue at all.

Still have some colony traps left to sell as well as at least one submarine trap.

Last bump for this thread. I have about a dozen 6"x6" and a dozen 5"x5" colony traps, as well as one submarine trap, made and ready to catch muskrats.
