Default Fleshing tools

Where's the best place to get a fleshing knife. I'd like a double grip one with a sharp and dull edge. Also a single grip with a decent curve. Any ideas?

I use a hoof knife a lot when fleshing. I always use the dull side and lots of sawdust.
