Default fishing season ?

I want to go fishing tomorrow at the North Saskatchewan river inside Edmonton and i'm just not sure if this is the season now, is it legal to be fishing there these days ?

get the regs at any sporting goods store. like walmart bass pro ect.
there free and for the taking.
and your good to go.

some lakes are closed for some time threw out the year but most lakes and rivers are open all the time..mostly trout lakes..

the north saskatchewan is open all year from drayton valley to the saskatchewan border

read your REGS carefully.......the Best Tough guy is patrolling Alberta waters

Anyways yea man nsr is open all year round but be carefull well fishing it in winter time as the ice is not stable, you can catch walleye,pike,goldeye,suckers,sturgen and a number of other species, walleye is c&r goodluck man, fish any outfall and your g2g
