Default 35 Remington

How many hunt/shoot a 35 Rem? I didn't have a pump rifle, so I picked one up for decent price, a 1952 vintage 760 in 35 rem. It may be redundant, as I already have a .30/30, but hey it never hurts to add to the safe.
