Geez Chuck if that's how you use your toilet paper, I'd suggest a little more fiber in your diet .

i can see it now, the newest design offering from barnes and purex....a two-ply triple-shock.
'gold bond' would probably be a go-to powder for the hotter loads...

Laughing. Speaking of mice, I might recall, while a lot more youthful, replacing the odd projectile with tinfoil in a 22lr.

We used wax crayons for shooting inside the granaries and not adding holes to the walls.

We invented the original rubber bullet by pushing the case neck into an eraser.

Have done the same turning .30-.30 cases into .38-55 case. Works like a charm.

Well. I've had BM's in my lifetime that could have used those for defensive purposes. At least that's what the next bathroom user said.

What is the actual purpose of these? Is it for fire forming as suggested earlier? Why not use an actual bullet?

Have to use a full charge of power and you will use up barrel life forming brass.

TP, wax, crayon, soap are cost effective alternatives.

dont forget cream of wheat..C,O,W method...

I sumtimes use a full charge and lighter bullet for this (false shoulder) task, i can get sum trigger time in at the same time ..my forming load is pretty good too ( I would hunt with it )...
But they say u get increased bolt thrust with the brass being loose in the chamber , before it can grip the walls..
I set up the brass with a false shoulder and the cartridge headspaces on it,when im full load fire forming...
