Hi Willy, Jessie D and myself both have Kimber 8400 ,walnut 270WSM's. They are a well built rifle that shoot on par with any Sako out there, provided you find the load it likes. The only thing I recommend when buying a wood stock rifle is to check the barrel is free floated. I ordered a Kimber 300WSM a few years back, the stock was warped. I've heard the same from a few others as well. Or, just buy the Montana and not worry about it.
