I would take them up on that offer if I had just neutered a pet and was planning on getting a vasectomy anyways.
I am sure that there are some PO'D people who donated money to help cute,fuzzy animals and find out that there $$$ is going to pay for vasectomies!
BTW, it's Politically Correct to openly discuss the benefits of sterilizing men. The open discussion about the benefits of sterilizing women would probably be grounds for the laying of hate crime charges and would be all over the evening news.
