Default Ice off the lakes

I was planning a trip to police outpost, But not sure if the ice is gone, I was wondering if anyone has any info,would appreciate it.

We were out there last Sunday, and all of the ice is indeed gone. The bad news is that there was a substantial winter kill there, it seems that most of the trout died.

Default Lower chain lakes by Athabasca

Does anyone know if the Lower Chain Lakes by Athabasca is free of ice yet?.. Hoping to make a trip out there soon, thanks for any info.

Stryker...the rainbow stocking truck was there on Thurs. morning.....lots of 7 inch fish added to the lake.
