Download the AB Rivers App, you will always know what any WL is in relation to the yearly averages. By far the best thing Alberta environment has created!!!

If you don't it's near the FSL, they've been pulling water from McGregor to fill Travers and Little Bow Res

Default Travers

Was down at the park last week and the water is way up, been pulling water from McGregor for the last 2weeks and that lake is way down, about 10 feet or so. Not sure when they are going to start filling Little Bow but will swing by next week and find out.

Hello anthony5.
Do you know if the work has been completed at Lit Bow? New water level will be interesting for future fishing.

Thanks, Dodger.

Not sure if they quite are finished yet, but will swing by in a day or so and find out. By the size of the berms and canals it's gonna take a lot of water to fill Little Bow.

With Macgreggor so low it seems like a good time to repair the boat launch. The bottom blocks have moved and created a trailer tire nightmare. Does anyone know who I can contacts with this concern. Or possibly organize a group to do something about this. I have access to a mid size tractor. Just thinking it could be a red tape sticky nightmare!!

Default Travers water level

Travers is full and Little Bow has got to be close to being full. Canals are still running. Should ruin any spawning beds in McGregor tho.

the water level at travers is the highest i have ever seen , little to no wind today , and not another boat on the lake , you can certainly tell the fishing season is closed ,

I'm also wondering. Want to head there this weekend, but would prefer the dock to be in.
