Be sure to include the fact that if firearms are fine to hunt with in the interim ‘to hunt or trap to sustain themselves’, there are now, and always will be, suitable for hunting. This lies in direct contradiction to Liberal claims that they are not. The ONLY reason any firearms are legislated as ‘unsuitable for hunting’ is due to the bias and ignorance of those who drafted the legislation itself, not due to the firearms function (Cartridge size aside, which also can add an argument in our favor considering the ones they hate the most (.223/5.56) are not even allowed for big game hunting in most provinces)

I thought about sending mine back to the RCMP, or to the office of the PM, but I thought that I would just discard it unopened. No point in sending it back, it would probably end up in a stack/file somewhere labeled "Better check these guys out to see what we can illegally confiscate. They're obviously hiding something." I think that most will stick to non-compliance, but under the radar. If the Stasi want to start with illegal seizures, at least make them work a for it.

Attached is a .jpg file of that form with I WILL NOT COMPLY stamped on it. I did it in .jpg so you can use it in another program like MS Word or just print it off as is.

I am going to run off a few dozen copies and send them to radio and tv stations, members of parliament, my local rep, and anyone else I can think of. Except for the media, you should be able to send them for free. As for the media I don't mind spending a buck or two to get it to them.
