Default Fawcett

Thinking of going there tommorow but have never been, where should I go for Perch and walleye? and has anyone had any luck out there this year?

If you go to the east side by the MD boat launch to your left you will see some large banks with an old set of stairs was fishing in front there and was catching lots of little walleyes, and those perch from the other thread. depth varied from 8ft to 16 feet. you will probably find lots of old holes drilled and there might still be a brown shack on the ice.

I did see on truck there last weekend fishing not to far from me but not sure if i myself would take a truck on the ice. there was approx 12inches of ice but when i went for a ride on the sled accross the middle there was still some surface water on top of the ice.

Forgot to mention we did catch a few hammer handles on the tip ups but nothing with any size.
