Default Could I borrow a tent to take boys fishing tomorrow?

hey guys, I'm taking a group of high school kids to Coad Lake tomorrow to do some ice fishing. My ice fishing tent is in pieces as the hubs are all broken, would someone have a 4 or 6 man that I could borrow for a few hours tomorrow. I promise it will return in the exact shape that it was given. In Edmonton.

if i had one i would offer it but i don't, sorry. Maybe offer up something as collateral. can blame some of us being bitter i remember as kids we use to able to leave out front door open, bikes in the lawn and hockey nets and sticks gears on the driveway sadly those days are long gone ... last year some ******* stole all the empty pop cans and garden tools out of my backyard. Took my brand new stihl backpack blower from my garage, try to steal my dump trailer .

Wish I was closer Tim, I'd lend you my 6 man'r. I love to see people teaching kids our passion for fishing.

Default Good Deal

Hey Timesink, I have to go to Calgary tonight and I could pick up mtngiant truck and equipment and have it on your doorstep by 0600 hrs on Friday so you can do your fishing trip.
Good on you as well for doing this. A lot of people are all talk and no action when it comes to sharing our love of the great outdoors.

Default Wow...someone's having a bad day...

mtngiant...you're an ...... All the guy wanted was an ice fishing tent. It didn't have to be a clam or an eskimo. Seems like a very reasonable request, people do have old ice fishing tents. We do, and if this guy was closer we would give it to him for as long as he wanted, we've done that before. We've got no issue with it. Obviously some people make conscious choices to be this way.

Mtngiant that is pretty mean the guy was asking for one little thing if I had a tent big enough and closer to him I would. That is a pretty jerkish move there. This in my opinion is why and how this forum is falling apart and timsesink good luck fishing hope you catch lots

If you need another tent I have a 4-man ice cube you can use. Let me know what time and which end of coal you'll be on. I'll bring it out.

Bear ballz came through after plan A fell through and let me to use his tent, in fact delivered it straight to the lake! Nothing caught but a love of fishing!
