Bait ban question ?
Straight to the point, can you use unscented rubber (ex. Mr twister) on a lake with a bait ban?
I say yes.
Opinions ?

Yup.
As long as its artificial, has no scent or flavouring, you're good to go.

I've had this debate at Muir lake before. Usually have to only point out that if it constitutes bait than so does a artificial fly.
